About Physiotique

Physiotique was founded on a simple belief: rehabilitation should be personal, purposeful,
and empowering.
We take the time to understand not just your injury, but your goals, your lifestyle, and your
long-term health.
Our work is grounded in evidence-based practice, strengthened by clinical experience, and
guided by a commitment to meaningful recovery — not quick fixes.
  • Lecindra Lim

With 10 years of experience as a physiotherapist in Singapore, Lecindra brings a thoughtful and deeply personalised approach to every patient she works with.

She specialises in complex musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions, with particular interests in sports rehabilitation and women’s health.

After becoming a mother, she expanded her clinical interests into paediatric physiotherapy — allowing her to understand movement and recovery across different life stages.

Her treatment blends hands-on therapy with purposeful strength work, education, and long-term planning. A strong believer that mobility and strength are foundational to lifelong health, she integrates her background in swimming and gym training into her clinical reasoning.

Grounded, meticulous, and quietly relentless in advocating for her patients, Lecindra sees rehabilitation as a collaborative journey built on trust and consistency.

  • Kai Pheng (Kai)

With 13 years of experience as an engineering professional before transitioning to healthcare, Kai brings a unique “Body Mechanic” perspective to physiotherapy.

His data-driven background allows him to analyse complex musculoskeletal conditions with precision, while his eight years in community care have shaped his compassionate, person-centred approach.

Drawing from his experience in Wrestling, Olympic Weightlifting, and Parkour, his treatment style blends performance grit with restorative calm. Whether applying the Mulligan Concept, Clinical Pilates, or targeted movement retraining, he focuses on the essentials.

A realist at heart, Kai avoids “magic results” in favour of clear, responsible, and committed rehabilitation.

  • Olivia Woo

Drawing on her background as a former competitive volleyball player and certified dance instructor, Olivia has a deep-rooted philosophy that movement is more than just exercise. She sees it as a powerful tool, not only for building performance and power, but as a vital path toward functional freedom and holistic healing.
